“Our stay here was almost perfect. The most amazing part of our trip here was the room. As a Hilton diamond member we got upgraded from the base room to a suite, which was stunning to say the least! Possibly the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Also our dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant was unbelievably good. Our server was excellent and the food was the best we have had in Mexico by far. That being said….. charging for a glass of water is insane. Every single restaurant we ate at there would ask if you wanted water to which we would obviously say yes and then the bill would come and we would find a charge for water. Pretty low class and stingy if you ask me to just sneak that in there. Everything else about the resort was amazing, but just seems like bad bussiness to me to charge a ton of money for food and not include water.”

“Beautiful and very modern hotel with great designs sourced from local artisans. I love the rooms here which are comfortable, clean, and beautiful. They have a free kids club and activities for teenagers too. The hotel had many pools and several beach areas. However, the pools are not heated. The location is beautiful and the cove in front of the beach is swimmable even for younger children. The breakfast is very good. However, we went out for lunch and dinner since the restaurants seemed very overpriced. Overall, it was a very serene and comfortable stay and we would come back.”

“If you are looking to decompress then this is an amazing retreat. We just returned from 6 days at the Conrad Tulum which is VERY far from Tulum. It is a $88 taxi ride to Tulum, there is zero transportation from the Conrad anywhere unless you book a tour or a private driver. The resort has many excellent dining choices if you make reservations. There is an amazing “Story Teller/Bartender” (Filipe) in Chaak if you ask him to tell you about Mescal! The beach is sandy on shore but rocky in the water. There are lots of pools, some crowded some you have the entire area as your private oasis. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. The local raccoons and agouti are fun to spot, even if you find them dining on a room service tray… It is a stunning resort. If they offered a shuttle into town twice a day we would consider going back.”

“Had a wonderful experience here from the room to the food especially the service. We were upgraded to a ocean view room and it was spectacular and felt very fresh and modern even had a hot tub in the balcony. All the food we ate was restaurant level excellent from the ala carte style breakfast and restaurants and even room service. The spa was exceptional and really provided a relaxing and immersive experience and the therapist really did an amazing job. Lastly the service was excellent from the checkin process to the golf cart drivers everyone was helpful with a smile and they really make you feel comfortable and welcome. So sad we had to leave. One thing to note is there was high tide as well as sargassum so ocean swimming was not possible but the pools were really nice and the ocean looked beautiful from the room.”

“Best experience in my life. Whole experience is unforgettable. * Huge room with small cooling pool in the balcony itself * So many choices for restaurant and bar and also swimming pool. * People are there amazing. * So many choices in the Breakfast buffet. I doubt if you have ever seen such an arrangement. I must mention the gentleman from reception named Josmar (if I remember well) was beyond fantastic with all the helpful info and Arran&ement he has done for us. A huge thank to hotel management for that experice”
